What are the best aspects of this product?
One of NetSuite's main selling points is its easy-to-use interface. Plus, it's accessible on cloud too, making it possible for us to make updates on our devices even when we're out on the field. It has developed its sheet balancing feature down to an art. And while it takes some time to fully understand the system, once you have a firm grasp on its principles, generating reports becomes a walk in the park.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The system itself can be quite laggy. There are certain tasks that slow to a crawl, for example, editing orders and billings. It's almost impossible to just edit one line from a category too. If you want to make changes, then you need to start from square 1. This is particularly frustrating when I want to generate an intercompany sales order.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Reporting and analytics are two things that NetSuite provides us with the most support. Thanks to this program, we've been able to extract more meaningful data from the system and deliver these reports to the decision-makers in our business. Overseeing tasks and processing requests across multiple channels and branches is a lot easier thanks to NetSuite too.
