What are the best aspects of this product?
What's great about NetSuite is that it keeps a record of all past exchanges with our customers. This means that any of our reps can simply build upon the notes of the previous member assigned to that lead. This is particularly useful when closing sales and upselling our products. The search feature makes it easy for me to filter certain customers that I would like to contact too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The system sometimes sends duplicate emails to our leads. This isn't much of a big deal to me, but it can be cumbersome to customers. There are intermittent downtimes too, but these are few and far between. NetSuite does a good job of sending out downtime notices to their users though.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NetSuite has revolutionized the way we store and update our customer information. Now, we can easily pull up data on a customer with a few simple clicks of a button. This solution makes it possible for me to wear different hats within the organization too. I can quickly switch from a customer service rep to a returns rep within a few seconds. The dashboard makes it easy for us to see the update on each of the customers we're assigned to as well.
