What are the best aspects of this product?
We use NetSuite mostly for its usability and simple interface and modules. Our account is primarily built on a general ledger, and we can simply build on this as needed. The customer support team has been attentive to our needs, and they offer great support all the time too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The process of importing data is pretty much a free for all landscape. We've had to figure this out by ourselves. There are a lot of unnecessary steps to take to implement multi-books too. There are also some parts of the dashboard can be difficult to navigate. And lastly, the NetSuite Prof Services isn't always reachable.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NetSuite has an impressive network of third-part integrations, and this has assisted us in our day-to-day processes in our finance organization. We have yet to see, though, if NetSuite can expand with our business as we move towards the next steps in our business timeline.
