What are the best aspects of this product?

NetSuite is more than just a centralized location for all of our ERP needs. It makes each member of my team more accountable too. With NetSuite, I can easily track who's in charge of projects and where each one is on the timeline. It lets me know who to approach in case of any project-specific issue as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't particularly like how user-dependent this tool is during the setup stages. The first few steps have to be done by someone meticulous enough to cover all bases--otherwise, the solution won't be able to function to its full capacity. There are a handful of scripts simultaneously running in the background too. These often cause the system to crash.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this to generate reports, process orders, and stay on top of our inventory. It makes our work process run more smoothly and efficiently.
