What are the best aspects of this product?

We have been using NetSuite for the past few months and are very happy with its ERP functions, thus far. We use it to manage our warehouse, fulfillment, and sales order processes. We are planning to use NetSuite for our CRM and accounting as well. The app is very robust and offers plenty of useful features for our needs. We plan to use this single system for all our work and that is why we are moving our CRM and accounting into this app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

NetSuite is a complex app. It provides many features but also adds steps to processes which has slowed down our work. To be fair, before NetSuite we were using shortcuts for our tasks. NetSuite’s complexity helps us to streamline all our warehouse processes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NetSuite has helped to resolve inventory issues that were plaguing us. We are excited about moving our accounting to NetSuite as it would give us the ability to view our financials anywhere, anytime, in real time.
