What are the best aspects of this product?

We switched from QuickBooks to NetSuite since 2013, and we implemented NetSuite as out ERP system. We run tech company that uses a subscription based. We are able to export reports from our billing system into Excel and to prepare our revenue recognition into Excel. I like that this tool provides us with scalable revenue recognition process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some features we would like to use in order to customize our business if they were cost effective. We’d like to report on both the item level and date level for revenue entries but we are not allowed to do that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This system offers scalable revenue recognition process, it helps us to bring in-house accounting for our UK subsidiary.
