Easy to use ERP platform, but you need to be careful about setup

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that the Global Search makes it easy to find entities, transactions, and saved reports and searches. I can rely without worry on the mathematical processes behind canned reports and transactions. Almost every field is searchable and searches allow pivot tables, summaries, and formula creation. It is simple to create and edit forms, records, and custom fields.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Physical inventory with multiple bins and branch locations is a bit weak. Searches are excellent, but reports need to be improved to make them more logical and transparent.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use NetSuite to follow a part or bus item through the different sale and purchase phases as well as after-sale support. The app provides us a complete overview of each customer.
