What are the best aspects of this product?

We switched from QuickBooks to NetSuite and this has boosted collaboration between our team members. I appreciate that employees only have access to info based on their role and cannot access info they don’t need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only drawback for me is the clunky user interface. Our employees and other users will appreciate if the vendor makes the UI easier to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using NetSuite to manage bill payments and payroll processing and are saving money and time. The product gives us useful visibility on spending trends and data. We have set up workflows to manage spending approvals and spending and signing authority limits. We have made our PO processes more user friendly and streamlined. These are just a few of the benefits we have gained from NetSuite.
