NetSuite brings lot of things together under one roof

What are the best aspects of this product?

We implemented NetSuite in a small business and we were using it for accounting, manufacturing, inventory and website features. I like that whole data is in one place and this helps us to get deeper insight into sales, customers, marketing and purchasing. Also, the other thing that I like about this tool is the fact that is highly customizable and it can be tuned to do everything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My team gets easily frustrated when managing this system and they constantly need IT department. But I haven’t found solution that offers this kind of flexibility. Furthermore, I have heard that the system is old-fashioned and clunky, it is a fact that it doesn’t have modern look but this is because the system is highly customizable, we can easily rearrange the fields on the screen and add new fields to the interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In the past we run three different systems for accounting, order management and managing websites and the worst part was that they weren’t connected at all. NetSuite brings everything toghether. It helps us to grow our business quickly, to be more focused on growing instead of infrastructure. We managed to reduce the overall amount of labor within business, we are more professional and we provide best support to our customers.
