NetSuite is great solution for CRM and Financial

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have used other similar products and they always lacked something, on the other side NetSuite offers everything we need and it is full fetaured solution. It is flexible and customizable enough that allows us to build task queues and to get the task done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface looks old-fashioned and it lacks integrations with tools like IFTTT but I think that this is because it has financial components.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool we can easily track ROI and CLV especially when all tasks are attributed directly to the customer. It saves us lot of time and money and we are more focused on accounts that hold better ROI and we are able to improve the bad ones.
