What are the best aspects of this product?

NetSuite offers integration with 3rd party platforms via APIs. We are able to do data validation and manipulation before doing the import and this helps us to make great improvement to our administrative procedures. The systrem is fully customizable and we can make it to meet all our needs by creating our own customisation and integrations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don’t have dislikes about the system, once you learn how to use it you’ll see how simple it is.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to process low value orders through OneWorld account on automated basis. Also, we are able to move data out to Excel for sophisticated modelling and to move the results back into NetSuite. This makes great impact on sales monitoring, GVA management, inventory purchasing and cash forecasting.
