What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using NetSuite for the past many years and it is the best ERP software in my experience. The platform can easily scale for your company’s growing needs. It can be used by companies in any industry to operate all their work in a single system. In my opinion, NetSuite is the best business app in the market today.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only gripe is it is difficult to do 1099 reporting as we need to produce huge volumes of 1099’s.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When our business started to expand we switched to NetSuite from Quickbooks. NetSuite has easily scaled with our business growth. Previously, we did not have a CRM or an automated billing feature for recurring licensing. Now, NetSuite offers all that we need in a single, easily accessible system.
