What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best attributes of NetSuite is its flexibility. It can do so many things that make day to day operations more efficient than before. We can take advantage of the platform in terms of inventory, purchasing, quality assurance, online retail, and so much more. The app itself allows us to personalize the platform by choosing what features to install in the system. They make sure that we get to use and maximize each feature. That is why I am recommending that every big or small company should use NetSuite.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am hoping that their tech support division can come up with fast and accurate solutions to most of our issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before NetSuite came into our lives, almost all of the business processes are done separately, sometimes causing errors and inconsistencies with overall performance. With NetSuite, we were able to integrate our applications into one single platform. This allowed us to enhance our working relationship. It opened doors for more effective communication and made sure that everyone is on the same page to make the company grow through everyone's best efforts.
