What are the best aspects of this product?

Reporting for me always is a top priority. I want to see the numbers wherever I am at all times. NetSuite makes this possible, which helps me a lot. Being able to see my team's performance 24/7 empowers me and helps me manage my company seamlessly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I still encounter some minor challenges in using the platform. My previous company also uses NetSuite; however, it seems that there is a huge difference in how they use the platform. It can sometimes get confusing, and I end up feeling frustrated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our records are now perfectly organized in one centralized tool. We can easily monitor the status of our projects and increase our annual revenue, which is an amazing thing.
