What are the best aspects of this product?

NetSuite is a very flexible tool that provides users with unlimited options. It covers almost all aspects of our business operations, and we are confident that we are doing everything in a systematical order from start to finish.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We encountered a couple of issues with NetSuite in terms of platform compatibility and system integration. This platform is more suited for commercial retail or mass production in a factory setting. During the launch, we discovered that the ERP platform lacks some functionalities that would support our business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since it takes time to develop these missing functionalities, we experienced some delays. The good thing is that the support team and administrators catered to all of our issues and requests. It took them some time to do everything, but they made sure that things will go smoothly after the dry run. It is a big help to have a platform that caters to everything that you need.
