PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

NetSuite comes with a list of advanced features that I am excited to incorporate in our daily business operations. Also, their tech support department deserves kudos for its consistent performance. I am also happy that I see a little bit of an improvement with their POS integration, which is crucial to our stores and frontliners.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We did experience some backlogs a few weeks ago because the system became a little bit slower than it usually should be. In our business time is of the essence and we cannot afford constant delays in our orders. We are also having issues when it comes to multiple platform integration. I have noticed that NetSuite is having a hard time supporting our POS as well as Bronco, in which both apps are significant to our company.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NetSuite helped me run the company more efficiently by aligning my team members towards working on the same goal. I am confident in running multiple branches with guaranteed results using a centralized business platform.
