What are the best aspects of this product?
There are so many things that I like about NetSuite. First is its adaptability, and the second is its customizability. It allows us to create our very own templates for our order forms and invoices and work into more complex requests via Suitscripts for better business functionality. Every company or business is unique; that is why NetSuite allows me to customize my entire platform so we can maximize our resources and make sure that things are as efficient as they should be.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are instances wherein asking for help is somehow challenging. The support team should be more proactive and resourceful when dealing with customer issues. Sometimes I feel that it is very time consuming to launch a trouble ticket for one single incident and also turn around time should be shorter than expected. The agents who assisted me did a good job for their effort, but it would not hurt to let them undergo training to upgrade their current skills.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As the designated Admin user of the platform, I can do many things that are crucial for business development. I make sure that the needs of every user are met by protecting all of our confidential data that includes client data, transaction records, and financial statements. I can easily give out additional access and make changes to our online forms and transaction sheets.
