What are the best aspects of this product?
Good product and I find it useful for the company. What I like most about NetSuite is you can customize the platform to match your expectations and align them to your operational needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
NetSuite should take more responsibility whenever they do upgrades or add new features. Users usually encounter a lot of technical issues during this phase. Sometimes it takes time to load a page or pull up reports, and the support team is unable to provide us a clear timeline as to when these problems would get fixed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We rely on NetSuite for many things, and one of them is billing our clients. It did help us increase our sales revenue by allowing us to incorporate our recurring billing strategy. We are thankful that NetSuite was able to integrate this into their Revenue Recognition bundle feature successfully.
