NetSuite is an amazing platform that you can work with.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am amazed at what NetSuite can do for our company. It can take good care of almost everything from billing, procurement, QA, and CS. You can easily master the platform, plus you can play around with it and customize it the way you want things to be. So far, I am trying to find a way to incorporate one of our business processes and integrate them into NetSuite.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some issues take time to solve, wherein it would be easier if they could come up with a practical approach on how to solve it. It affects everyone's work, especially if there is no support team to walk you through the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company was able to streamline our operations into a centralized dashboard, making things easier to manage. We could easily monitor how things are doing in our tissue processing and distribution plant located out of state. NetSuite takes good care of our accounting and administrative work by just using one platform. Using NetSuite helped us organize our daily tasks, plus employees can use their time doing more productive things in the workplace. Also, it is a reliable tool that can be used in pulling up daily, weekly, and month to date reports which are very helpful in our day to day business operations.
