What are the best aspects of this product?

Very easy to use and customizable depending on your wants and needs. It only takes seconds to search for whatever you need making things easier for everyone in the workplace. Also, you do not need to be an expert to solve any problems that you may encounter because NetSuite can do it for you.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app can sometimes work slower than usual. Whenever it introduces any updates, we find it challenging to do our routine efficiently.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Product inventories are easier to manage, and we can improve our customer service in just a few months. Employees work fast and efficiently, and we no longer experience major backlogs in our billing department.
