Very flexible platform. It has a feature that allows users to customize the app for their convenience. It allows you to view your recent history, making it easier to look or retrieve essential data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For the past months, NetSuite has been experiencing extreme latency, which affects all of our employees. This situation had a significant impact on our business, especially in our financials. It is disappointing that the support team behind NetSuite failed to educate us clearly about what is going on because there are times that we feel helpless and not knowing what our next move would be.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company depends a lot on NetSuite. Almost all aspects of the business from marketing, advertising, bookkeeping, sales presentations, inventory, billing, and more are being taken care of by NetSuite. It empowers us to make better business decisions because everything that we need is accessible through a single platform.
