PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Network for Good has a clean and smooth interface that is easy to use, even if it takes us some time to learn. We do not need to spend a whole day on many processes as well since we can complete some tasks within an hour of using NFG. We only need to set some points, and most options run automatically. Moreover, the NFG team provides us with a quality guide and coaching tips for successful fundraising campaigns. We are really getting the best value out of the cost from Network for Good!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are simple tasks that require you to pass through somewhat complex processes. Say, a donor has passed away or has become inactive, there is no one-click option to prevent such donor from appearing on report outputs. Also, we find the event managing feature somewhat insufficient for the level of events that we handle. Making such features more intuitive would be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m not an expert fundraiser that is why having a guide from NFG really helps me a lot. Today, we already implement brochures that our staff can distribute or share with others easily. We’ve also established corporate methods of getting corporate donations, as well as some protocols on properly using cash and time for best results.
