I don’t need to worry about backups anymore

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I like the most about this tool is its abundant features. Thanks to all of those, I can be sure that my backups that everything into account and are detailed and thorough.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If there's one thing that I would consider a hassle, it would be the time it takes to perform troubleshooting. But it only takes as long as it does because of the multiple options available, which I don't think is a negative at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, backing up files is no longer a huge concern. The deduplication has also been a good thing for me.
