What are the best aspects of this product?

The most impressive thing about this may not be the tool itself but their support team. Whenever I encounter a problem with it, they are quick to resolve it for me. The developers also listen to the customers when it comes to coming up with new features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Before voicing my complaint, I want to point out that the developer has already been working on it, and I have seen improvement over the past few months. The biggest gripe I have with it is that there is a slight lag with the tool when updates and changes are introduced. But like I said, it has been improving over the past few months.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The most prominent solution that this tool has given us is it has allowed our customers to be independent. The tool is so user friendly that our clients can now come up with the images on their own and print them for whatever purpose.
