Customization options are great

What are the best aspects of this product?

Managing assets digital and physical has been made easy by this tool. I've been able to use several ways to organize my assets, thanks to the multiple options this tool provides. I can group them either through forms, custom workflows, or even metadata. It's a system that I can readily recommend.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do have to say that this is not for a beginner. The team that will use this has to have a digital librarian that is well-versed in managing assets so that they remain organized. Although I only say this because it would be a shame for this tool's extensive uses not to be utilized because the one managing it is not tech-savvy enough.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has helped us to have a corporate archive.
