What are the best aspects of this product?

What did I find remarkable about this tool? First off, the interface is accessible and user-friendly. I was also impressed by how easy creating and adapting workflows is with this tool. Assets that come with restrictions can also be easily controlled with this tool since it allows users to conduct folder structure management on a granular level.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to admit that the long time it takes to install this was a bit of a letdown. We've also had occasions where the flow of work has been slowed down because of bugs and issues we've encountered while using it. It's not just us having issues with it as well. A number of our users have said that it is difficult to see the status bar. There have also been instances when the tool has ended up confusing our users. It would say that there are no assets found in two situations that are too different from each other. The first situation is when it is still loading and looking for the image being searched. The other is when there is no image. It can get confusing for customers, understandably.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The support team for this tool is just incredible. We recently had an issue with the assets we were looking for not loading. The support t4eam and the engineering team immediately figured out what the problem was and was incredibly helpful when resolving it. I can't imagine what it would have been like without the support team, which I have to say always quickly help us out and has kept our daily operations progressing smoothly.
