What are the best aspects of this product?

The organizing prowess and the intuitive nature of this tool are awe-inspiring. We've been able to utilize this to have our content in an organized manner that our customers find useful on their end.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One area that I think needs improvement is the searching. When it comes to the Portal, I wish to use the portal home screen tags instead. Nevertheless, the tool has been useful overall, especially the metadata.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company assets have become organized ever since we started using this. It's been great to have feedback from our customers saying assets are now easier to find with this new tool, especially compared to the tool we had been using previously.
