What are the best aspects of this product?

Consistency of customer service, willingness to grow, change, adapt with our business as we have gone through major restructuring since our conception. Affordable and flexible when money has been tight. They understand what we were looking to accomplish and worked with our main goals as they also are ever so changing. I really do not know where anyone can find a company so adverse in building a functional website, regardless of your industry, with such incredible, knowledgeable, there when you need them, customer service that will not rob you blind when it's already a struggle to get up and running in today's tough competitive markets. THEY JUST MAKE IT HAPPEN... I am humbled and grateful to have had found them. I will absolutely never use anyone else and I have 3 businesses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this point any issue we had was due to our lack of knowledge but they were always right there to guide us or our employees, patient, extremely kind and walked any of our staff through a process we could do ourselves AMAZING THING WAS they would first take care. of the issue so publicly we were not affected, THEN train us sometimes several times, until 'we got it'

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

so far they are pretty inclusive for just about every industry

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

integration of SEO, products plus services and being able to incorporate our non-profit organization into our secondary business was amazing...
