In a nutshell, being able to collaborate with the team from Nexonia appears to be the smoothest in terms of integration with Netsuite. Issues were resolved swiftly. Communication has never been clearer.It's highly intuitive. Functions as what you'd expect.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Came with zero 2FA support. However, the development team is responsive. They're in the middle of working on this problem.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Expense a.pprovals, purchasing aspects, and time sheets (defaulted) led to more problems with approval workflowm, usage, and visibility. Workflows and custom scripting found withing Netsuite only took care of certain problems. Getting Nexonia led to an enhanced user base. Support tickets that requests help with features related have been dropped.
