What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that support are constantly involved in the setup process. They've gone above and beyond through their efficiency and swift response time. The team is open to ideas and suggestions in improving functionality. Some suggestions were already considered and improved in the short time we spent with a client.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's really nothing to hate with their service. Although there are certain tweaks that I'd want to bring in. Right now, I'm very confident Nexonia is doing the best they can in improving according to customer recommendations/requests.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We faced problems with the integration of Concur to NetSuite. The same goes for billing, Concur support, and others. They were more than frustrating. But when collaborating with Nexonia's implementation, support, and sales team, they were with us from the very beginning. They were perfect and continued to offer 100% of quality service. This was long before we ended up being a client.
