What are the best aspects of this product?
Billing has become more accurate. Before using this platform, we were using paper-based billing and it has cost the organization lots of money. It’s either because the papers were lost or the totals recorded were wrong. These problems were solved by NextGen EHR. We are now able to provide electronic billing, which is safer and more convenient to both the patients and the organization.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
New users may find it quite difficult to use the platform, especially those with no experience using other similar products. It would be nice if the vendor will make this solution easier to understand for beginners.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has solved the problems related to paper-based billing. We don’t have to worry about losing a document or inaccurate total billing records anymore. On top of that, we can now store and access all information in a single location.
