What are the best aspects of this product?

My field of expertise is children behavioural health care and have been using NextGen EHR for many years. All agencies I’ve worked with including the current agency I’m working with are using this solution. It’s a good thing for me because I already know how to operate it and I find it really helpful and very easy to use. Also, all the important information required in my job is displayed on the platform’s main screen. And when there’s something specific I need to look for, searching is quick and easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The templates that my previous agency use is different from the ones my current agency utilizes. So despite my experience using the solution, I still need to spend some time and effort learning it. It is a bit inconvenient for me so I wish they offer a uniform version that all end-users can use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me keep track of the number of encounters I have to make to meet the set everyday goals at work. Also, it makes tracking of billings more accurate.
