What are the best aspects of this product?

We got great time working with their customer support. The platform is fast and reliable. It has helped us get more tasks done quickly. The e-prescription is particularly valuable because it has significantly improved the number of patients who seeks help from the hospital.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Information display is a bit lacking and needs to be improved. The templates are a bit cumbersome, wish they make it simpler. Also, it’s not easy to operate the solution. A background in IT will be of great help.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

No more overcrowding in the hospital. The e-prescription has been very beneficial since it allowed medical practitioners to provide prescription online and the patients can access them anywhere they are as long as there’s an internet connection.
