What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the wide range of tools and features available. There are ambulatory services which are helpful during emergencies and secure and reliable sharing functionalities which make it easier to share confidential information with patients as well as with other medical practitioners that also needs to access them. The online booking makes it easier to schedule appointments with clients. I also like the ability to connect the product with many other platforms, which definitely improves this solution’s value. Lastly, it’s easy to store and access files from any device because the solution is cloud-based.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customer service takes forever to respond. I once had to seek help from other EHR software users just to fix our problem immediately. Aside from that, the pricing of the product is pretty high. It isn’t for small-scale healthcare service provider.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are now able to share health care information quickly with ease. We also now have a secure location to store all our records.
