What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to provide quick yet accurate diagnosis and became more efficient. Also, the platform offers integration with a wide array of other tools which allowed us to accomplish more tasks efficiently. It’s the efficiency, reliability, and speed of the platform that convinced us to choose it over any other product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can say that it has a steep learning curve. There’s too much going on, too many functionalities to learn. It is hard but not impossible to learn. You just have to invest time and effort. At the end, it’s worth it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since using the platform, we’ve already seen improvements in the org workflow. The multiple diagnosing has also been helpful.
