What are the best aspects of this product?

We find the customer support amazing and the platform itself incredible. Lots of features are available. Apart from the ability to easily store and access medical information, we are also able to provide clients e-prescriptions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be too pricey for small organizations. Creating templates is quite challenging and time-consuming. It would be nice if they make it more straightforward. The information display also requires improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our med staffs are now able to access the med information they need with ease, without having to go to health records department every now and then. Medical practitioners can now focus on providing accurate treatment to their patients.
