What are the best aspects of this product?

From seamless clinical workflow, dedicated account care, charting capabilities, automated registry reporting, to financial services and many more, NextGen provides a wide range of tools essential in the health care industry making it a product with great value. It even allows users to get more from it by integrating the software with other products.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Information display is not well organized. Templates are quite unwieldy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve already had increase in profit since we deploy this application. Apparently, it makes it easier for patients to seek help from the organization. They just need to go online to book appointments. Our team, on the other hand, has become more efficient. Patient’s health records, even the old ones, can be accessed with ease.
