I think the best perk of using this solution is having all the health records stored in a secure and organized manner. Also, the integration is noteworthy. The app works with many leading systems like Citrix, Entrada, cti, LifeSigns, Microsoft to name a few.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are plenty of functionalities so navigating the platform can be quite slow. It would also be great if the product developers would make data display more organized.

It has solved the problem related to patient’s health record storage. Before using the solution, we have to handle huge pile of papers and documents, so whenever we need some information, it took us a while to find what we’re looking for. Worse, there are cases when the documents are misplaced. It is inefficient and inconvenient. With NextGen Healthcare, storing and accessing patient data has become way easier than before.
