NextGen Healthcare is one of the most excellent EHR tools I’ve ever used!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is cloud-based which means the security is better and more reliable, the files are accessible anytime and anywhere, and it’s easy to retrieve medical files in case the need for it arise. I also like the free demonstration end-users receives before buying the product. It’s very helpful in getting started with the system. Lastly, our patients can already book their appointments through this platform so they don’t have to visit the hospital for that anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The value does not justify its price. It’s pretty expensive yet the customer service is poor.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to let our patients have their appointments booked online, which is convenient and saves them time. In return, the number of individuals who visit the hospital has decreased. Also, this platform has helped us provide better healthcare service.
