What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the wide range of tools and functionalities available. We don’t have to use multiple applications for EHR, billing, sharing medical information with patients and other medical practitioners, and many more. The ability to connect the application with a lot of different solutions is also incredible. It has further the platform’s value. The cloud storage gives more security. And since files including the patient’s medical records are stored in the cloud, we can easily access them whenever we need it. It helps doctors provide accurate diagnosis and prescription fast. Speaking of prescriptions, we can collaborate with pharmacies online to provide e-prescription services to patients, which is a lot easier. They don’t have to physically go to the hospital for it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s costly. Not ideal for start-up clinics or small-scale business. Building templates is quite complicated. We need to click lots of buttons which is pretty tiring and time-consuming. The way information is displayed also requires improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Collecting, storing, and sharing important medical information has become easier and more secure. E-prescription and the ability to schedule appointments online has significantly reduced the number of patients who visits the hospital but increased the number of those who use the service.
