What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes it easier to perform key tasks related to clinical drugs including archiving telephone experiences, requesting referrals, giving e-prescriptions, outlining office visits, and many more. The quality of the application is remarkable and the customer support is excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some issues with the updates but not really a deal-breaker. Apart from that, there are some difficulties when it comes to redoing layouts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to meet national, state, and nearby standards for collecting and sharing vital information. Also, we don’t have to deal with huge number of people visiting the office daily to book appointments or get their prescription. Those can now be done online. Generally, this solution has helped us work more efficiently and provide better health care services.
