PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, we got a free demo which has helped us learn what the platform can do. Second, it got a web portal which allowed medical practitioners and hospitals to accommodate more patients. Lastly, it is integrated with lots of service providers. For example, it connects practitioners and patients to pharmacies which make it easier for everyone to get the prescribed medications.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Poor customer support, just like what everyone else has experienced. Got slow response from the customer support team. Aside from that, it’s pretty expensive compared to other similar solutions. But I find it quite reasonable considering the platforms wide service coverage. Not ideal for small-scale use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Patients don’t have to visit the hospital to get their prescriptions anymore. Prescription can now be given remotely.
