The best thing about Nextiva is their tech support team! They are really professional and they know all the stuff about their work! They respond promptly and resolve any issues in no time. Prompt response is badly needed since even the littlest issue can cause delays to our services.

It doesn't cover fax calls.

It's really helpful during this pandemic because it provides an easy way to communicate with different people regardless if you're in the office or not. We're receiving tons of calls especially now and it's hard to manage these calls if your team is not together (all are working from home). But Nextiva made it all possible.
