This software offers lots of services and functions for an affordable price. They offer solutions that we find really helpful to our company, especially in meeting the needs of our clients!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some functions that may not be easily understood by beginners but their support team is always there to help anyway!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now easily modify our client communication system. It improved a lot ever since we used Nextiva. It saves us money, too!
