What are the best aspects of this product?

The configuration interface is well designed and makes it easy for us to choose features and manage the account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have simple requirements but it is clear that there’s scope to quickly and easily grow our system to suit changing needs in future.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Call clarity is as good as a landline, but without the expense. Very impressed!

Don't see any issues now. The system is easy to use as well, and it makes it easy to manage the account on the website
