Nice Desktop UI, Buggy Apps, Possible Security Issues

What are the best aspects of this product?

Nifty has probably the best UI and experience among the "B-tiered" project managers. Under better circumstances it could give many of the popular project management solutions a run for the money.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile apps are buggy and things work then break then work again. They may well have security issues as well. We had projects "magically" create themselves and users get assigned places we hadn't assigned them. The support staff was unable to actually determine what happened. I still use the product but would never put anything sensitive in it that I wouldn't want exposed to the world.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better mobile app experience. Improved logging and tracking. Improve the support experience.
