What are the best aspects of this product?
Perhaps the interface, it seems simple to use apart from the bugs
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer service is bad, phone hangs you up after 2 minutes and you don’t get through to them till atleast 20+ calls have been made. When you book in a call it’s late.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Error codes so you know what’s gone wrong and when on the system rather than being left in the dark.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Nothing as of yet, trying to get through to someone is like trying to draw blood out of a stone
