What are the best aspects of this product?
The high configurability and the friendly interface that hides the high technology behind the software. Very easy to use, navigate, configure. Easy to customize and set up e-commerce website for customer. And the best and biggest active community! nopCommerce has an active community of users and developers, which provides assistance to other users contributes with code, plugins and other extensions and helps to the planning of the roadmap.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Better default template, no other requirements for this platform.

nopCommerce auto upgrade and plugins update from plugins area.
