Open source, big community, fast answers from staff and community 24/7, a lot of free and paid plugins, easy integration, easy store configuration, great features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Better default template, no other requirements for this platform.

Automatic update of plugins and automatic upgrade of the website.
