What are the best aspects of this product?
- Open Source - availability of source code gives you a big advantage in developing and customizing your store
- easy customization - as developers we are able to easily create plugins and templates
- many features which are missing in other e-commerce platforms
- extendable - with plugins and themes we can easily modify and extend store
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
nopCommerce still have problems with performance. It is very fast, but it has potential to work faster and with little changes it's possible to achieve.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
ASP.NET Core support.

We are creating themes and plugins to nopCommerce and run our websites on nopCommerce. (http://nop4you.com) and (http://nopcommerce.pl). We take benefits from developing out of box features.
